Data Scientist

Work with data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery, Excel, CSV).Clean, prepare, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and potential risks.Build and improve machine learning models (forecasting, classification, regression, clustering) based on real business needs.Validate and monitor model performance using suitable metrics.Visualize and communicate insights in a simple, business- friendly way:Build dashboards and reports in MetabaseCreate clear charts, KPI views, drill- down analysis, and executive summariesTell the “story behind the data” so non- technical users can understand and act on itWork directly with teams (QC, Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to understand their questions and translate them into data solutions.Support POC (Proof of Concept) initiatives for AI/ML before scaling to production.Document methodology, assumptions, and results so the work is reusable and transparent.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Solid experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit- learn).Good working knowledge of SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, or BigQuery).A strong understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.Hands- on experience building dashboards or reports, especially using Metabase.Experience working with real business data (not only academic or training datasets).
