Data Services Manager

• Over 3 years commercial experience of Project Management using a structured Project Management methodology, with proven experience of: planning, scheduling, estimating, organizing, directing, controlling and satisfactorily completing multiple and simultaneous technical projects.
• Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing.
• Manage the team, milestones, activities and goals.
• 360’ feedback from peer, sales & customers.
• High utilization & engagement with sales. • Quality assessment of sold proposals.
• Provide regular one-on-ones and quarterly performance reviews for individual team members including hiring and Staff Improvement Planning.
• Assisting the sales teams in the consultative sales process, ‘elevating’ the sales pitch with relevant expertise and helping to respond to opportunities (RFP).
• Quality of written reports
• Resolve issues and contribute to the business unit/area development.
• Effectiveness in the field.

•Candidate must have prior experience coordinating offshore teams and working in the onsite offshore
•10+years’ experience with Business Intelligence and Data warehousing.
•Very good knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and Metadata modeling techniques(star schema snowflake, model federated data sources, SCD, etc.) and the application of each of the schemas in business situations
•Hands on skills in project management, architecture, development tand Design for data analytics applications.
•Good understanding of architecture and design for large scale data warehousing/data lake solutions. •Experience in technical lead position in abased data warehouse engagement: Team co-ordination /Technical design / Development / Testing / User Training / Deployment
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Demonstrated experience with translating business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions
