JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Management (60%)
Proactive to manage assigned tasks under Line manager’s supervision to deliver excellent execution for all the scopes as committed to clients. Key duties include:
• Draft out simple data flow for relevant projects including tracking, data collecting, cleansing direction
• Deep understanding of project management methodology to utilize the best practice on the project implementation across data services (I.e. Data warehouse, DataLake, CUSTOMER DATA PLATFORM, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS)
Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed- upon profit targets for all projects
Define and manage milestone deliverables
Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients on projects’ results and progress
To summarize and finalize data at the end of projects;
Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time within scope, and meet with required quality standards. Proactive to fix and optimize KPI outcomes for under- performance items
Build detail project timeline, checklist
• Assist Line Manager to manage
Perform as main contact point to coordinate functional teams to prepare the proposal (External & Internal)
Service setting up with functional teams including but not limited to media tracking, solution integration...
Development/production tasks with functional teams including but not limited to website, mobile app, media material...
Service operation tasks with functional teams including but not limited to call center, email, sms...
• Ensure that all projects are compliant to the company’s standard integrated working process
• Support & monitor the reporting, dashboard mockup/prototype and design the metric/KPIs focusing on customer analytics if required
Leadership/Team management/ Account Management (20%)
• Train and maintain teams, developing staff members within role in relation to data skillsets
• Coordinate with Line manager to allocate sales target and projects to team members. Ensure the clear project management allocation workload and responsibilities among team members
• Manage client relationship to maintain current customers to expand the new services for DBU department based on the core services
• Coordinate with partners to organize the workshops and open up new opportunity and follow up to close the deal
Relationship management and development (15%)
• Act as main contact point on the data analysis solutions and methodology to evaluate and apply to D2’s current or new clients
• Well coordinate and maintain good relationship with clients, authorized agencies, third- party vendors, internal resources, etc. to ensure the deliverables to clients, support the Unit head to develop the network of partners

• Proactive to organize or join good bonding activities to promote the company’s Professional- Friendly culture
