We are currently looking for a Data Services Support Specialist to join our team in Vietnam. In this role, you will support our internal users with a focus on data services, dashboarding, and the usage of Microsoft 365 tools.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Support users in the effective use of the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) through close collaboration with the internal support team.
Data visualization & dashboarding: Work closely with end users to analyze requirements, clean data, create mockups, and build meaningful Power BI.
Maintain up- to- date dashboards and reports in response to user or operational requirements.
Proactively stay up to date and contribute to the knowledge base with practical documentation.
Analyze and resolve issues reported by users via the ticketing system; actively communicate to clarify needs and ensure effective problem- solving.
Develop and maintain VBA code based on business’s requirements.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3- 4 years of hands- on experience in VBA development and Power BI dashboard creation.
Professional working proficiency in French (speaking and writing) is required.
Strong customer- oriented mindset and problem‑solving skills.
Working proficiency in English is an advantage.
