Data Team Leader (Demand Planning and Capaccity)

• Be a main contact between Head Quarter and Vietnam Factory to ensure the accuracy status of demand in each period.
• Ensure and resolve across material inventories, production, systems to mitigate the business impact to prevent re- occurrence.
• Based on demand, ensure supply and inventory plans to be balanced and in- line with operating strategy.
• Develop and follow demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
• Pro- actively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.

• Microsoft office (Excel, powerpoint) is required, function specific software and other advanced tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI with proven launched projects are preferred
• Bachelor&039;s degree. 1- 3 years SML or related experience.
• Familiarity in process documentation and improvement
• Good mindset in continuous improvement, achieved results with proven indicators/projects is preferred
• Good knowledge of E2E planning (demand planning is a must, supply planning is a plus point)
• Quick adaptability to new business management systems, experience in building & maintaining system is preferred
• Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail- oriented.
• Good leadership skills, achieved results with proven projects is preferred (for level Team Leader)
• Ability to interface with cross- functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
• Ability to design, develop and maintain tables, famulas, graphs, queries and macros.
