Power BI requires technical skills
Dashboard Design: Designing intuitive and visually appealing dashboards that effectively communicate insights.
Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain robust data dictionaries and data marts.
Proficiency in SQL, Postgres, and DAX for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Mastery of publishing and securing dashboards to ensure data privacy and accessibility.
Minimum 2 years of hands- on experience leveraging Power BI to develop and deploy interactive dashboards.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders, both verbally and visually. 9/ Problem- Solving: Troubleshooting issues with data connections, transformations, or visualizations within Power BI.
Power BI Proficiency: Understanding Power BI&039;s interface, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language for calculations.
Data Visualization: Knowledge of best practices for creating effective visualizations, including choosing appropriate chart types and formatting.
Data Security: Understanding and implementing data security measures within Power BI, such as role- based access control (RBAC), row- level security (RLS), and data encryption.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze, clean, and manipulate data to derive meaningful insights.
Business Understanding: Understanding the business context and objectives to ensure the dashboard addresses relevant questions and needs
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases and SQL for querying data.
5 /Practical experience in creating and analyzing journey dashboards, product performance metrics, and user drop- off rates.
Preferred: Candidates with a strong understanding of the banking industry and its specific data requirements.
