Database Administrator

Position Overview:
We are in search of a Database Administrator with a strong background in Oracle database operations and Unix- based operating systems. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to write and tune SQL scripts, manage DBMS performance, and troubleshoot database issues effectively.
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Oracle database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Able to make shell/python script in Unix for database management like backup, restore and monitoring.
Write, tune, and optimize SQL scripts to improve database efficiency and meet application requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive database documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and operation manuals.
Monitor database performance, conduct regular performance tuning, and provide solutions to database issues.
Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders.
Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating and implementing database management documents.
Knowledge of DBMS performance management, troubleshooting, and other DBMS operations.
3+ years of experience as a Database Operator, with strong expertise in Oracle database operations.
Experience with Unix (Linux)- based operating systems and capable of writing and tuning SQL scripts.

Compensation:

Dedicated budget for staff training: technical, soft skills, English, Korean classes.

Opportunity to attend training courses in Korea when enough seniority year.
