DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will join an agile team of a solution provider which explores latest technologies and cloud services, serving millions of daily business transaction globally

We have a lot of users with multi-million records database. You will have an opportunity to learn and apply knowledge and experiences about big data, cloud services, high-performance and high-availability systems.

REQUIREMENT:

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree / experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong experience with MongoDB


• Install, deploy and manage MongoDB on physical and virtual machines.


• Create, configure and monitor large-scale, secure, MongoDB sharded clusters.


• All database administration tasks like backup, restore, SQL optimizations, provisioning infrastructure, setting up graphing, monitoring and alerting tools, replication


• Study the database needs of our applications and optimize them using MongoDB


• Knowledge in the UNIX/Linux Operating system and shell scripting


• Experience with Postgresql is a plus


• working European environment.
