SQL Server DBA
A database administrator who are able to manage databases built with Microsoft SQL Server on- premises (mandatory) and Azure SQL services (preferred):

Azure SQL Database;
Azure SQL Managed Instance;
SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines (Windows and Linux)

Experience with DBA for SQL Server databases for a least 3 years, preferred with databases of ~ 10TB size.
Able to use a variety of methods and tools to perform and automate day- to- day operations, including applying knowledge of using Transact- SQL (T- SQL) and other tools for administrative management purposes
Preferred with Microsoft DBA certificate.

Good knowledge of database solutions:

Availability, Failover, Replication, Backup, Restore;
Security, Access control;
Provisioning, Management;
Performance monitoring and optimization

Familiar with tasks:

Plan and configure data replication, backup, restore, high availability/ disaster recovery (HA/DR), and failover;
Troubleshoot and tuning for database performance and data jobs, e.g. index, partition, deadlock, wait type…
Plan and setup SQL Server databases;
Configure and manage automation of monitoring, logging, audit, operation and maintenance tasks;
Configure, monitor, operate, maintain, and optimize SQL Server database resources;
Plan, implement and monitor data security, access control, user management, remote connection, audit log
