Database Support (Database Admin)

JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE

Implement IT strategy under the direction of superiors.
Support end users on sales office and and sales man issues.
Support reports of promotions.
Learn and research IT solutions to suit the company&039;s operations.
Receive requests for sales database.
Apply operation, backup database, maintenance, management of database sales.

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES

Setup program promotion sales.
Check and Import data Sales into the software.
Support report sales: Report Sales target/Sales in/Sales out by daily/monthly/Quarterly
Support user office and sales man
Participate in supporting the team&039;s software projects
Troubleshoot about sales software.
Perform software installations about Sales.
Maintenance system and backup sales database

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Support sales man when troubles is software
Ability apply new technologies sales software
Report sales by daily/monthly/quarterly ensure data exactly and on deadline
Update the latest technology, understanding technical documents.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting all sales software issues: Implement the tasks safety, properly, and on- time.

Strong Microsoft office (special Excel)
Can use English at work
Know how to use SQL server and VBA- Excel (basic)
Bachelor degree in Economics, Fianance, Acounting, BA...
1- 2 years experiences in Masterdata/Database/Admin/Network Database Support

Working time: 40 hours/ week
Probation: 2 months of probation with full salary
Partnership: Friendly, supportive
Annual leave:

- 16 working days: from full 3 years to less than 7 years;
- 22 working days: from full 7 years or more to less than 37 years.
- 15 working days: from full 1 year to less than 3 years;
