(Deep C IZ, Hai An, HP)_IT network and security

- Vendor & ISP service management including outsourcing service management such as network construction.
- Information security system construction and management, including Firewall, Anti- Virus, Anti- Spam, Intrusion protection, and local Firewall management.
- 1st level troubleshoot and service support with the IT infrastructure such as network and system.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading systems.
- OA&MES server systems, networks, and system security installation and monitor network performance to ensure that it meets business objectives.
- Installation and management of OA&SFIS clients, including: UNIX/Linux/Windows based, Email, SFTP, File server, Data Center.
- Participate in on- call rotation to provide support outside of normal working hours.
- Construction and management of OA&SFIS network systems, including: LAN/WLAN/DNS/IP setup and coordinating with remote IT staff to ensure smooth operation of networks and applications.
- Stay up- to- date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- IT & OT facility and equipment management and maintenance.

- At least 2 year of practical experience in IT infrastructure/network engineering or related role and working experience in an international company with multilingual cluture.
- Experience with build/maintain service space with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Container, etc.
- Basic understanding of networking system and protocols such as LAN, Firewall, switch, and WiFi&LAN routers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communication/Network, Electronic Telecommunications or related field.
- Ability to communicate technical information to IT internal members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology.
- Analytical and problem- solving skills to handle easy to medium technical issues that have impact on production.
- Good English writing and oral communication skills and strong willingness to learn new skills. Basic Chinese communication is a plus.
- Hands- on experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios, IMC, ILO, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration and security management.
