MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Responsible for Delivery Administration, from processing Delivery transactions in system, coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation, confirming Dos, following company processes, policies and regulations.
- Support Delivery Supervisor’s tasks if necessary.
- Manage transportation cost, motobike delivery, overtime.
- Provide reports supporting delivery team management.
- Manage physical and electrical documents on ERP and TMS systems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly delivery reports as required.
- Monitor the overtime of delivery team, consolidate allowance for motobike delivery and shipments of rental trucks.
- Support Delivery team to provide professional delivery services following standard processes.
- Check information on delivery documents versus Form C (right address, right customer, right signature, right cash collection…) and store all related documents (picking lists, delivery notes, cash collection slip, etc.), provide for audit if required.
- Strictly comply with rules and regulations of labor law, fire protection, 5S and those issued by the Company.
- Perform other duties assigned by Branch manager and delivery supervisor. Support and coordinate with peers.
- Support Delivery supervisor in route divide, truck booking or any tasks if required.
- Perform ERP and TMS transactions for Delivery: confirm ERP transactions, generate Delivery order (DO), export data for TMS auto- planning and reports, confirm DO, confirm DMS for Direct Agency.
- Track daily delivery status, follow up pending list, provide daily KPIs update to Delivery team.
- Daily track of transportation cost, reconcile with vendor and prepare monthly payment request.
Job requirements

- Technical Skills: MS Office at an advanced level (certificate required); Adaptability to new technologies such as TMS, ERP, WMS, and DMS
- Experience & Education: Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and office work (FMCG preferred); College/University education
- Language Proficiency: English at a basic level
