Delivery Manager (Global Market)

Developing relationships with customers and stakeholders:

Clarify business requirements and technical needs together with business function representatives, participate in design, development and deployment of solutions for the business functions
Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer.
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
Coordinates closely with sales and development team to align solution design with customers’ requirements.
Support customers and related parties to hand over the project to the development team after the stage of clarifying technical specifications, requirements and design.

Project management:

Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution of projects.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Take ultimate responsibility for project success.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
Monitor and track project progress.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Team management:

Supervise, train or advise team members to achieve work efficiency.
Arrange appropriate work assignments for team members.
Support in recruitment and building project teams in accordance with project requirements
Evaluate the work results of team members.

Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Understand the market and how the IT software outsourcing field operates.
Have experience in system analysis, design and administration.
Strong leadership and project management skills
Fluent in English
Good at risk management skills, logical thinking.
At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager (or similar role) within an IT outsourcing company.

Income: Upto $3000/month (base salary + Revenue base commission)
