Delivery Solution Manager

- He or she is connection between Store and LSP to solve all issues relate to delivery
- Conduct CCOD training to delivery team at store ( focused on key HRC stores)
- High usage of delivery system
- Support store on delivery process implementation and improvement.
- Full implementation of delivery process in store
- Investigate delivery status and propose solution to improve service level and control cost
- Provide solutions for delivery service improvement.
- Support Delivery Manager to coordinate the implementation and steer profitably growing delivery service on country level.
- Administration of contract handling
- Ensure smooth communication with stores on daily delivery operation.
- Key person to work with LSP to improve their service to adapt MM and Customer demand.
- Effective delivery KPI controlling system
- Provide team knowledge on system and training
- Manage all delivery KPI, sales, profit report.
- Propose good ideas to achieve goals and improve work results.
- Cooperate with other related department to get support for delivery operation.

- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Priority for candidates who have experience in customer delivery services, last mile delivery, market development, customer development or major in services such as restaurants, hotels.
- Must have sufficient experience & knowledge in reporting and working big team
- Good PC skills, master of Microsoft office with good sense for figures
- Bachelor degree in Business or related subjects
