Demand Planning Associate

Using all facts and data available to provide insights and business partnering
Study the latest trends seen in the products, customers and locations.
Make weekly reviews to capture risk/opportunities for operational forecast
Manage all the KPIs selected for category team to identify where needs attention and how to improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
Manage the demand planning process for the relevant category, in weekly buckets with SKU details; by product family by month for 4- 24 months and focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy
Coordinate integration of activity plans coming from CD on top of the baseline forecast, capture all future assumptions used to build a rolling 24- month unconstrained demand

Experience in forecasting system is plus ( SAP, Power BI, Power Query, SQL or other relevant tools)
Demonstrate analytical thinking and sensible of number.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related field
