ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented Deployment Planning Associate Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in analyzing data, forecasting demand, and contributing to the overall demand planning process. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure efficient demand planning and inventory optimization.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators and demand forecasting metrics to stakeholders.
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales, demand, and inventory levels.
● Utilize data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
● Explore and recommend the use of advanced analytics tools for demand forecasting improvements.
● Develop and maintain statistical models for demand forecasting, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
Demand Forecasting:
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather demand- related inputs for accurate forecasting.
● Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future demand for products.
Inventory Management:
● Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet forecasted demand.
● Monitor inventory turnover and recommend strategies for inventory optimization.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
● Work with supply chain teams to align demand planning with supply planning.
● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand market trends and new product launches that may impact demand.
Team Management:
● Assist the demand planning team with day- to- day activities and provide guidance and support for their professional growth.
● Foster a collaborative and results- driven work environment.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field (Master&039;s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data analytics, demand planning, or a related role, with at least 5 years of experience.
Leadership skills to guide and mentor the demand planning team.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail- oriented with the ability to work in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
Experience in demand forecasting methodologies and statistical modeling.
