DEMAND PLANNING OFFICER

Modelize and deliver regular reportings
Contribute to the implementation of a new forecasting system / software to optimize and facilitate the demand planning process.
Collect data from internal / external sources on all factors that impact the demand planning
Consolidate & validate that all forecasts are aligned with sales budget, business needs & supply chain challenges
Daily clerical work & “coaching” with local offices and suppliers
Reconsider systems, methods, propose & implement solutions to improve accuracy in demand forecasting
Lead regular sessions with sales to understand the forecast dynamics & main drivers (ex; seasonality, pull forward activity, market conditions, programs market shares) to finetune the basics for future forecasting analysis.
Develop inventory strategies with sales, regions and key partners.
Constant analysis of consumptions, stocks, key suppliers planning, to reconcile significant variances and finetune the forecasting approach
Analyse statistical forecasting process, review historical sales trends
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the latest information is always available.

ERP knowledge
Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business admin, business analyst, statistics, or any related subject.
2 – 3 years experience in demand planning / supply chain / logistics / operations environment in a fast paced industry.
Eager to learn and bring the team to the next level of excellence
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Able to manage multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
Problem solving oriented with strong ability to question, challenge, accurately identify a need, and present an effective & constructive solution
Strong metrics modelling capabilities
