Demand & Supply Manager / Associate Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Control daily operations of demand planning, supply planning, import & logistics.
Oversight the logistic related expenses properly to avoid distributor unexpected costs in accordance with the distribution agreement
Monitor and manage inventory shelf- life / expiry dates and actively improve processes to avoid write- offs.
Coordinate with company’s customs clearance department to update new regulation about import- export and work out how to comply with it with less effect on suppliers / clients’ standard procedure and policy in the Vietnam market
Confirm to release the order quantity requested by the local partner team by checking stock, performance history, demand forecast and the lead time delivery
Manage inventory days on hand to improve inventory management efficiently. Drive efficiencies in all areas to meet corporate expectations on cost & cash competitiveness
Create and manage Vietnam demand planning process
Liaise with local distributors and proactively engage internal stakeholders in different physical locations to manage related supply continuity issues and escalate issues to line managers or global stakeholders to ensure timely remedial actions in Vietnam
Support planning and execution of product lifecycle activities teams to ensure healthy supply (new launches, line extensions, label changes, discontinuations) and market demand requirements (e.g. stock build)
Develop Vietnam master- data including the planning parameters as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Business Administration Job

Skills & Qualifications

Exhibit an understanding of Sales/Commercial/Marketing functional areas and the dynamic interactions with the Supply Chain function
At least 5 year working experience in Supply Chain in Vietnam pharmaceutical industry.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Self- starter and self- driven
Great understanding of pharmaceutical industry, commercial dynamics, trends and regulatory processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Excellent knowledge of legislation, practice and understanding of local Logistics market business environments
