Demand & Supply Planner

Demand:

To update FC for departments and integrate into ERP system
To organize meetings to agree on forecast plans with Marketing & Trade marketing Team
To measure & improve Forecast accuracy / bias; GAP vs AP; FC Changes
To organize weekly tracking meeting with Sales, Trade marketing & Supply planning Team to update supply & demand changes, actual sales volume to have a solution to meet sales targets, or sales risks; solving SLOB
To track sales progress, products supply chain
To organize annual forecasting planning (AP) meeting through demand drivers
To report on FC; Sell ​​out / sell in / Distributor inventory; MTD Sales, etc.

Supply:

Identify practical issues / possible problems and possible opportunities concerning major events e.g. factory shutdowns, the timing of promotion activities, the transition of old/new products, etc.
Analyze relevant supply parameters and seek improvements on a regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle time, production frequency, frozen period, R&P inventory level, etc., to drive optimum FGs inventory level.
Analyze and proactive/ effective communication supply issues to relevant parties
Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location
Highlighting all supply issues
Create MPS, MRP and co- operate with production, procurement for planning of raw material
Detailing impacts of the proposed action and related tradeoffs.
Place PO on SAP VN and follow up shipment plan with logistics, sales team
Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the supply constraints.

Relevant operational experiences especially in FMCG/ Food/ Manufacturing, at least one of the following areas: Supply Planning / Production Planning / MRP
At least 4+ years of experience as Demand or Supply Planning expertise role
Good communication, presentation skills, problem- solving skills
Good command of English
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Educational experience to include Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
