To organize annual forecasting planning (AP) meeting through demand drivers
To organize weekly tracking meeting with Sales, Trade marketing & Supply planning Team to update supply & demand changes, actual sales volume to have a solution to meet sales targets, or sales risks; solving SLOB
To report on FC; Sell out / sell in / Distributor inventory; MTD Sales, etc.
To organize meetings to agree on forecast plans with Marketing & Trade marketing Team
To measure & improve Forecast accuracy / bias; GAP vs AP; FC Changes
To track sales progress, products supply chain
Supply:
· Identify practical issues / possible problems and possible opportunities concerning major events e.g. factory shutdowns, the timing of promotion activities, the transition of old/new products, etc.
· Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location
· Create feasible 12 to 18 months production plans for the factories/outsources under responsibility taking into account production constraints and relevant lead time.
· Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the supply constraints.
· Analyze and proactive/ effective communication supply issues to relevant parties
Highlighting all supply issues
Detailing impacts of the proposed action and related tradeoffs.
· Track shipment plan and follow with Logistics, Sales team;
· Place PO, follow and maintain PO to SAP VN
· Receive order from sales KR for KR&039;s Client and then check and feedback if code can not import and highlight current status. Place PO with CJCJ for code normal and adjust container accordingly.
· Analyze relevant supply parameters and seek improvements on a regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle time, production frequency, frozen period, R&P inventory level, etc., to drive optimum FGs inventory level.
