• Ensuring that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner;
• Developing new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand;
• Resolving customer problems and concerns personally;
• Adhere to and implementing sanitation regulations and safety regulations;
• Recruiting and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards;
• Managing the kitchen team in the executive chef&039;s absence.
• Providing support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating;
• Assisting with the preparation and planning of meal designs;

Passion for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the applied position
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
