Deputy Construction Manager

Job Responsiblities
- Organize and oversee the execution of projects/tenders, making decisions on issues related to daily construction activities within the scope of work.
- Improve internal processes and regulations, and propose solutions to enhance the operations and quality of the Construction Department.
- Manage and direct department staff, and propose policies and benefits for subordinate employees.
- Monitor and manage technical aspects and quality of construction, oversee acceptance processes, and track contractor progress according to the agreed contract schedule.
- Report directly to the Department Head and the Company’s Board of Directors, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
- Prepare documents and forms to manage, track, and oversee project plans and progress. Report, propose, and remind relevant parties about project timelines and quality.
- Supervise, monitor, and prepare cost estimates for project implementation.
- Provide advice to the Department Head and the Company’s Board of Directors on management, administration, and implementation of projects/tenders.

Job
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD, MS Project, Visio, and other relevant software.
- Excellent planning, task delegation, and staff development abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in the construction field.
- Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high volume of tasks.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
