Deputy EHS Manager / Deputy HSE Manager

* EHS
- Carry out SHEAR audits from time to time and follow up with relevant parties to close gaps within an acceptable timeframe.
- Implement an EHS sustainable system “P-D-C-A” with involvement all level.
- Training of technical staff on SHEAR
- Coordinate all departments to identify EHS risk and develop plans to reduce.
- Timely reporting and analysis of SHEAR statistics
- Monitor and ensure that SHEAR targets are achieved
- Develop training plan base on training skill matrix and legal requirement
- Carry out accident investigations, according to Saint-Gobain safety guidelines when required.
- Maintain up to date factory SHEAR performance records and to prepare reports according to the reporting cycle.
- Promote actively SHEAR awareness amongst the factory staff and organize events from time to time.
- Implement fully all Saint-Gobain SHEAR standards within the factory.
* Legal
- Liaison with government agencies relevant to SHEAR
- Work with local authority for audit or any requirement
- Liaise and maintain a cordial working relationship with the relevant authorities.
* WCM
As WCM Safety & Environment pillar champion, to ensure that WCM targets are achieved.

JOB PURPOSES:
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the environmental management system for review, including recommendations for improvement
- Maintain and develop a rigorous factory occupational safety, health and Risk structure and performance, which meet or exceed Saint-Gobain Safety standards and best practices as well satisfy all government legislations
- Ensuring that an environmental management system is established, implemented and maintenance in accordance with the requirements of this international standard.
- Maintain and develop a rigorous factory environmental structure and performance that meet Saint-Gobain standards and best practices as well as satisfying all government legislations.

- > 2 years working for an international company in a similar position
- Computer skill (word, excel, PowerPoint): Fully proficient
- English Skill: Proficient
- Prefer a person who has worked in technical before transfer to EHS
- Training/communication/audit skill: Fully proficient
