Deputy Engineering Manager (Phó Phòng Kỹ Thuật)

Supervise work assignments, coordinate emergency responses, and maintain records.
Must be available 24/7 and perform special projects as assigned by the Deputy General Manager or Chief Engineer.
Staying informed on safety changes, assisting in audits, and addressing complaints.
Coordinate service contracts, review manuals and contractor documents, and ensure contractors meet insurance requirements.
Responsibilities include contributing to asset value, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating with contractors.
The Deputy Engineering Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of Crescent Mall&039;s M&E components, ensuring the Contractor maintains each component effectively.
The role involves educating staff on safety, developing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, both oral and written.
Quick response ability in emergencies, making decisions that may impact the safety of others or involve significant financial implications.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and calculations, quickly identifying inconsistencies.
Availability to work as required for 24/7 operation coverage.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering experience in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering and technical crafts, including Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Electrical and Plumbing, Fire Systems, Carpentry, Dry Walling, Painting, Plumbing, and Roofing.
Proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD.
Skill in inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and instructions.
Capability to recognize potential mechanical problems or safety hazards, taking immediate action, and troubleshooting and repairing routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in Crescent Mall systems and equipment if required.
Professional certification as required by regulations/law.
