KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions to improve productivity and competitiveness.
Monitor production processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement. Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on factory performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee inventory management and procurement activities, optimizing inventory levels and supplier relationships.
Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and expenses while maximizing resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain good relationship with clients and business partners.
Assist the Factory General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve production targets and operational objective.
Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, implementing quality control measures and ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing factory operations, driving process improvements, and achieving production targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Vietnam local regulations is preferred.
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), or ISO standards.
Excellent problem- solving abilities, with a data- driven and analytical approach to decision- making.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Degree Holder
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Vietnamese, Chinese and English.
