Main responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Track performance through KPIs, analyze results, and apply corrective actions as needed.
Define dealer- specific sales targets and provide strategic support to achieve them.
Develop and execute business plans, ordering strategies, and dealership policies based on market analysis.
Support dealers in achieving their sales targets through tailored planning and assistance
Implement and monitor annual and monthly sales plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Dealer Network Development & Management
Lead new dealer acquisition, assessing potential candidates through feasibility studies.
Evaluate dealership operations and implement initiatives to improve engagement and efficiency.
Maintain high- quality standards across the dealer network while driving strategic expansion.
Strengthen relationships with dealers through ongoing support, training, and performance reviews.
Customer Satisfaction & Brand Enhancement
Monitor feedback and drive improvements to strengthen brand reputation.
Supervise dealership operations to ensure high- quality customer experiences.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service and satisfaction levels.
Conduct training and support programs to align dealer operations with Suzuki’s brand values.
Inventory & Order Management
Create and oversee order plans based on sales forecasts to optimize inventory levels.
Oversee processes related to ordering, pricing, and delivery coordination. Align supply chain operations with dealer demand to ensure timely fulfillment.
Ensure efficient stock management, minimizing costs while maintaining supply stability.
Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans, tracking progress and execution.
Operations & Cross- Department Collaboration
Continuously apply the PDCA cycle to enhance sales processes and performance.
Ensure operational efficiency within the 4W Sales department, maintaining compliance.
Manage internal procedures for delivery, payments, pricing policies, and dealer documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Production) and Suzuki Headquarters.
Reported to: Head of Automotive Sales.
