Deputy Manager, Cost & Contract (Gross Salary: $1.000-$1.700)

Directly works with Heads of related departments (Project/Design/Township…) to prepare implementation plan for projects and tasks. Manage related consultants and contractors and coordinate with related departments to assure the plans to be implemented on time and at saving cost such as value engineering performance & project delivery.
Performs actively and initiatively with new ideas/ solution proposed to the directors/heads in order to manage the works with saving cost and within timelines
Directly gives instructions to related consultants/ contractors and monitoring them to ensure completing the works as required. The scope of work includes cost planning tenderer selection and tender evaluation award recommendation pre- contract and post- contract.
Directly monitors procurement of materials for project and ensure the materials delivered to Site as per the approved schedule of installation
Take the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Evaluate the Variation Order/ Interim Payment Claims submitted from Consultants/ Contractors for making payments;
- Make orders/ procurement with the suppliers;
- Ensure the above tasks completed within timeline and budget for smooth operation of the project.
- Review bidding and submission contract negotiations and document management;
