Deputy of Construction Manager, Site Engineer, Scheduler (Planning Engineer), QS Engineer

Deputy of Construction Manager:
1) Report to Construction Manager for all issues related to construction
2) Support Construction Manager for his all role & responsibilities
3) Assist site progress control, monitoring and management for successful completion of construction
4) Conduct to check the sub-contractors and method statement on site
5) Coordination site progress with the client and related department
6) Review actural progress schedule on site
7) Review all sub-contractors involved in the project on site
8) Set up solutions for problems that arise during the construction process
9) Manage resources of site workers
10) Assist to ensure the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor
11) Prepare the NCR and CAR to sub-contractors
12) Coordination work with M&E Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work
13) Control and supervise for the quality of work on site
14) Any issue related to Construction department
Site Engineer:
1) Report to Assistant Construction Manager for all issues related to construction
2) Support Assistant Construction Manager for his all role & responsibilities
3) Check the sub-contractors and method statement on site
4) Check site progress to report the client and related department
5) Check actural progress schedule on site
6) Make a coordination with all sub-contractors involved in the project on site
7) Prepare solutions for problems that arise during the construction process
8) Make a coordination site workers
9) Prepare the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor
10) Coordination work with M&E Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work
11) Conduct for the quality of work on site
12) Any issue related to Construction department
Scheduler (Planning Engineer):
1) Report to Project Control Manager for all issues related to planning
2) Support Project Control Manager for his all role & responsibilities
3) Set up master project schedule
4) Check project schedule for any delay in real time
5) Set up recovery plan for any delay
6) Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status
7) Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes
8) Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around
9) Suggest management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules and client relations
10) Any issue related to Project Control Department
QS Engineer:
1) Report to Technical Procurement Manager all issues related to planning
2) Support Technical Procurement Manager for his all role & responsibilities
3) Prepare of progress interim payment
4) Prepare identification and analysis of the technical & commercial requirements of the project
5) Prepare to follow-up and coordination of engineering and technical &commercial matter with other team
6) Investigate any changes in the scope of work and assessing the relevant impact on costs and schedule
7) Prepare technical & commercial bid evaluation process for sub-contractor and supplier selection
8) Prepare the technical & commercial bid evaluation result report
9) Preparation of tender documentation for selection sub-contractor and sub-contractor
10) Preparation of Letter of Awards & sub-contract agreement
11) Preparation of sub-contractor's progress payment
12) Taking out project all quantities
13) Prepare and evaluate of V/O work
14) Prepare and evaluate of claim work
15) Workout all contract document between main contractor and sub-contractor & supplier
16) Any issue related to Project Control Department
