Deputy of Construction Manager:
Assist site progress control, monitoring and management for successful completion of construction
Report to Construction Manager for all issues related to construction
Control and supervise for the quality of work on site
Any issue related to Construction department
Coordination work with M&E Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work
Set up solutions for problems that arise during the construction process
Manage resources of site workers
Prepare the NCR and CAR to sub-contractors
Review actural progress schedule on site
Support Construction Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Conduct to check the sub-contractors and method statement on site
Review all sub-contractors involved in the project on site
Coordination site progress with the client and related department
Assist to ensure the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor
Site Engineer:
Make a coordination site workers
Report to Assistant Construction Manager for all issues related to construction
Check the sub-contractors and method statement on site
Make a coordination with all sub-contractors involved in the project on site
Support Assistant Construction Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Prepare solutions for problems that arise during the construction process
Check actural progress schedule on site
Check site progress to report the client and related department
Any issue related to Construction department
Coordination work with M&E Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work
Prepare the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor
Conduct for the quality of work on site
Scheduler (Planning Engineer):
Report to Project Control Manager for all issues related to planning
Check project schedule for any delay in real time
Any issue related to Project Control Department
Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around
Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes
Set up recovery plan for any delay
Suggest management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules and client relations
Support Project Control Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status
Set up master project schedule
QS Engineer:
Support Technical Procurement Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Investigate any changes in the scope of work and assessing the relevant impact on costs and schedule
Prepare and evaluate of V/O work
Prepare technical & commercial bid evaluation process for sub-contractor and supplier selection
Prepare of progress interim payment
Report to Technical Procurement Manager all issues related to planning
Preparation of tender documentation for selection sub-contractor and sub-contractor
Any issue related to Project Control Department
Preparation of Letter of Awards & sub-contract agreement
Prepare identification and analysis of the technical & commercial requirements of the project
Prepare to follow-up and coordination of engineering and technical &commercial matter with other team
Workout all contract document between main contractor and sub-contractor & supplier
Preparation of sub-contractor&039;s progress payment
Prepare the technical & commercial bid evaluation result report
Prepare and evaluate of claim work
Taking out project all quantities
