Deputy Sales Director

Monitor and evaluate competitors&039; activities to develop effective competitive strategies
Control the sales team&039;s activities, view and evaluate BUM&039;s reports to make appropriate adjustments and directions
Be responsible for ensuring the Company&039;s monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs targeted
Report periodically weekly, quarterly, and annually to the Head of Sale
Develop and implement plans to expand partners and brands in the SLC system nationwide
Manage and expand the sales team in the assigned area: HCM and Mekong
Analyze and evaluate the business situation and develop sales policies and sales promotion programs
Coordinate closely with departments to improve products, ensure smooth business operations

Strategic planning and market analysis skills
Communication and negotiation skills
At least 5- 10 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
Good at English
Ability to motivate, manage teams and assign tasks to team members.
Leadership and team management skills
University degree or higher, priority given to majors in business administration, marketing, or related fields
