Deputy Sales Manager - Roofing Tiles and WPC Panels Division

Job Description

Conduct research on the ecosystem of building materials related to ceiling, wall, and decorative floor products.
Propose, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of business policies.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Sales Director.
Develop and plan business strategies for the Roofing Tiles and WPC Panels division.
Prepare various reports, including work reports, market research reports, and competitor analysis reports.
Execute OEM processes for the Hoa Sen brand.
Survey and establish relationships with relevant manufacturers in the industry.

Job Requirements

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Commerce, or related fields.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
Proficiency in English or Chinese to handle international business trips.
Confident in communication, detail- oriented, and meticulous in work.
At least 3 years of experience in a Specialist or Deputy Manager role in the Roofing Tiles and WPC Panels industry.
Open to young, dynamic candidates with strong relevant knowledge and creativity in their work.
Willingness to undertake short to medium- term business trips.
