Deputy Sales Manager (Travel/Resort)

Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Deputy Sales Manager (Travel)

Compile and preserve client information; keep an eye on the implementation process and assess its success.
Address and settle issues brought about by agents.
Provide agents with prices and policy development, as well as groups and retail customers.
Compile reports in accordance with the demands of the job and the department head&039;s or board of directors&039; instructions.
Carry out additional duties as designated by the Board of Directors or the Department Head.
Make a sales proposal using agents.
With travel agents, discuss, agree on terms of the contract, and execute contract signing.
Attend to long- standing clientele while growing your travel agency.
Periodically create a business plan and schedule the plan&039;s execution.
Manage payments based on the terms of each agent agreement.
Utilize travel agencies to oversee sales channels.
Write articles promoting your brand and engage with readers.
To guarantee uniformity and effectiveness in sales, provide agents with training and assistance regarding product information, policies and procedures, and sales techniques.
Set up and implement sales campaigns and agent- based sales communication.

Graduated from University of Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, and Commerce
Fluent in English 4 skills
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position at 5- star hotels/resorts, preferably 5 stars international resorts.
Male/Female/ Age: 30- 45 years old
