Well-undestand and give instruction regarding the landing salesfloor direction of the store in charge and other individual issue.
Collect and report the sales status at the store in charge
Manage the shift control
Set priority issues for store based on company sales policy, make and execute improvement plans
Plan and execute store sales development plan, analyze and report the sales results
Confirm the work schedule (work allocation table) and the excess / deficiency positions
Salesfloor visual merchandising management
Give instructions for store staff OJT plans
Create, execute, and verify store profit / loss improvement plan
Plan and build the store organization system
Manage in-store safety and security based on items check
Crisis management
Collect and share information from internal / external network
