- Across design, photography, video, experiential, interactive, and social, Design Team stewards the visual brand and focuses on creating meaningful engagements between our brand and rapidly-growing extended community. 
- Together with our partners & users, we develop concrete, creative solutions to sometimes vague or ambiguous problems.
- Report directly to our Founder & CEO & working in close partnership with Marketing Team, Engineering Team, and Catalog Team.

Kỹ năng/ Yêu cầu công việc

Have storytelling sensibility and understanding of the right creative / production required to execute the project at hand.
Be able to translate business and marketing purpose into big ideas that can be executed across various initiatives and mediums.
Communication skills & Prototyping skills are key
A high-level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
Have shipped product
Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, android, iOS, emails)
