Design and Development Training Program Manager

Designing &developing all training programs from sales to management for sales channels, especially PD training and supporting for company projects related (Gen A, Gen E, Genext, Agency Leaders WS…). TQC training programs, development plan for Trainers, Genext to move next levels of quality.
- TTT & hand-over all completed training programs to PD Trainers/Genext/ Gen E Teams to make sure of smooth training operations with highest quality.
- Build, manage, deploy standard training procedures & implement training quality control guidelines (TQC) and do it often to make sure of highest standard.
- Manage directly some projects (Gen E, Genext…) as assigned by Head of D&D
- Support other Design & Development team members to achieve goal/KPIs
- Designing & developing all training programs from basics to enhanced, from sales to management & all project related to training with on-line, off-line, e-learning platforms.
- Manage, update and control all training activities from programs, training guides, training quality & propose development plan periodically.

University degree and above, Finance and Insurance is preferable
Motivation & Delegation skill
Communication skill, Negotiation skill
Minimum of 5 years in Life Insurance business.
