Design - Focused Product Manager

Outcubator is looking for a Design- focused Product Manager who wants to level- up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in managing projects , we are hiring for a design- focused Product Manager join our team in Hanoi.
Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate project requirements with different teams including Product
Create and maintain technical documents for the projects and products assigned to you
Responsible for fully managing projects from start to finish, including specification, technical implementation, QA testing, project release, project maintaining
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Managers, Developers, Operations, Legal, Risk, and other teams as necessary
Accurately plan project developments with team members and be able to create reports on completed actions, achievements and/or productivity of your projects
Coordinate with different stakeholders both internally and externally
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Skills & Competencies Required:

Education: at least obtained a bachelor degree, preferably in an IT related field;
Experience in UI/UX design is preferred
Strong SQL knowledge is a big plus;
Experience in the creation of tech specifications for the development team;
Ability to handle many projects running simultaneously;
Experience in Payment projects is a big plus;
Experience with different APIs;
2+ years experience in an IT Management role
Fluency in English.
Excellent at clear communication;
