Design Leader (F&B)

Brief description of position:
- As a Senior Designer/ Design leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling designs for various marketing materials, overseeing the entire design process, and providing creative direction to junior design team members. Your contribution will significantly impact our brand&039;s image and market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our brand&039;s visual identity.
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution.
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for marketing materials, including print and digital content.
- Provide creative direction to design team members/ outsource designer, ensuring consistent brand identity.
- Handle special design projects as assigned.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members.
- Collaborate closely with the brand teams and communication team to ensure alignment of design with overall brand strategy.

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high- quality work.
- Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes, high productivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity and originality.
