Design Manager

Report to: Division Manager- Shop Development Division
Responsibilities:
- To control design works with sufficient quality and meet expectation of clients
- To report to Director of Shop Development Division
- To create innovative ideas and designs and present it to project management and clients for their understanding
- To collaborate with Project Management team and Sales Consultant team to make the project done smoothly
- To mentor and guide team members and motivate them to achieve their goals
- To sign and take responsibility on all drawings from Design team
- To conduct team training, if necessary.

Skill requirement:
- At least 3- year experience at Manager/ Team leader level at design & build
- Architectural Practicing Certificate
- Bachelor Degree on Architecture
