Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
Functional Responsibilities
Manage the design output of the company to ensure that our products meet or exceed client expectations and deliver high- quality design output.
Oversee all aspects of product design development, including planning, design, review, and testing.
Leading design system maintenance and improvement.
Manage the design processes that incorporate with agile methodologies.
Your Skills and Experience
Required Skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of design principles & methodologies, particularly design thinking.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience with design software such as Figma, InVision, Whimsical, etc.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Things that will separate you from the rest
Strong portfolio of design work showcasing your leadership and design skills.
Experience with enterprise product development is a plus.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for the company.
Proven track record of successfully managing design teams and delivering high- quality design output.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in design management and team leadership.
Experience with managing a 10+ members team is a plus.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
