Design Senior Specialist Daewoo E&C Vina

• Duties and responsibilities:
- Reviewing and giving assessment to design documents of all stages and prepare evaluation report.
- Work with other departments in the preparation of information and documents that provide for legal, investment, sale, marketing, tender, etc.
- When required, propose competent design consultants/material and equipment suppliers that conform to each project’s requirements.
- Coordinate between different design consultants. Responsible for the quality and quantity of design documents. Ensure design documents are up- to- date and complete within given deadlines, as well as complying with local codes and standards.
- When necessary conduct site visit for ensuring construction complying with design intent and met per the expectations of the investors, business and legal requirements.

• Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and work well under high pressure.
- High understanding of the architectural design process.
- Knowledge of local code & standard, other regulations, and guidelines in area of expertise.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup or other 3D programs.
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- University Degree in related majors to architecture
- Proficient in English.
- Fluent in Korean is preferable.
- At least 5- 7 years of working experience in construction companies, real estate developers, or architecture firms.
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiating skills.
