Responsibilities
The Designer cum Photographer is responsible for creating all images of the company, products, helping to increase the visuality of the message the company wants to convey.
• Design printed publications (flyers, brochures, posters, band rolls, etc.)
• Design items used in the event (backdrops, invitations, standees, signs, etc.)
• Responsible for the design, management, and aesthetic development of the Company&039;s design products.
• Support and supervise the printing house to ensure printed items meet color requirements
• Design advertising publications on digital channels (website, Facebook, Instagram...) such as flash banners, popups, email templates, website/application interfaces, etc.
• Conceptualize and implement video recording and editing as required
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Capture, edit photos of products/collections as required
• Other tasks requested by line manager or BOD.

Requirements
• Have design thinking and produce images for communication and marketing purposes
• Have a keen aesthetic sense from detail to overall appearance
• Have good skills in planning, control, reporting, problem solving, and conflict resolution
• 3+ years working experience in same position.
• Knowing how to take professional photos and record videos is an advantage
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva...
• Bachelor’s degree in design
• Calm and resistant to high pressure at work
• Sociable, teamwork spirit
• Understanding of Social media and Digital marketing
• GOOD AT ENGLISH
