Designer/ Drafter (2D & 3D Cabinetry Design)

CANA operates from two locations: our headquarters and manufacturing facility in Calgary, Canada, and our main production factory in Cu Chi, Vietnam.
We are seeking a Designer/Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our Sales team in Canada and Vietnam, as well as clients in North America and Europe.
Position: Designer/Drafter (2D & 3D Cabinetry Design)

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare design and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with the Sales team to resolve design- related challenges.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for design and construction.
• Develop conceptual designs and functional interior layouts based on client requirements.
• Communicate directly with North American and European clients to discuss design details and answer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Sales team in Canada to understand and refine client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or similar).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self- motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and solution- oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Detail- oriented, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• C1 or C2 proof of English proficiency is required. Acceptable certifications include:
