About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Designer with a deep understanding of design principles to drive our creative vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, contemporary culture, a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both print and electronic media, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in design trends. Experience in UI and UX design is a definite plus, as we increasingly integrate digital solutions into our campaigns.
The Designer/Senior Designer role requires you to have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create finished art.
The Designer/Senior Designer role is all about taking Art Direction from an Art Director, laying it out on a page with appealing typefaces and images, and with layout techniques that are often more technical than creative.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities
Responsible for delivering artwork projects
Stay abreast of current design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into design solutions to maintain relevance and competitive edge
Create visually stunning graphics for a variety of media, including print materials, social media and digital assets, websites, and mobile applications
Responsible for typesetting and retouching
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of design elements across all touchpoints
Deliver finished art across various channels
Lead UI and UX design efforts for digital projects, ensuring intuitive user experiences and seamless navigation
Responsible for file preparation and dispatch
Present design concepts to the team with confidence and professionalism, effectively communicating creative rationale and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables
LWork closely with our creative team to bring all cross- channel campaign elements to life
Key Requirements
Knowledge of image editing would be advantageous
Impeccable attention to detail to make layouts to pre- press and digital export for web
At least 1- 2 years experience in the same position
High level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (must have)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, digital assets, and UI/UX projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast, work to deadlines and manage time effectively
Demonstrated understanding of UI and UX design principles, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus)
Good communication with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design or related fields
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on modern and contemporary design trends
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and thrive in a fast- paced environment (AI image/video generating)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with responsive design techniques and best practices
Passion for exploring new technologies and design tools to enhance creative capabilities
