Designer Team Leader

Design Orientation:

Key visual and brand guideline: create key visual, review the suitability of each design to ensure the consistent with the brand identity and guideline;
POSM standard: propose and ensure the POSM standard at stores;
Team management: support Line Manager in recruiting, training, and managing team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

Design Delivery:

Label and packaging: work with other departments (especially MD) to design label and packing for new product launching, new collection,...
Product shooting: shoot the new products, make video/photo to promote the products;
POSM design: create POSM publications for monthly promotion program, new store opening, push sales program,...;
SNS design: create design of photo/video for SNS communication;

Others:
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Be proactive and self- reliant;
Capable of working in a high- pressure, fast- paced atmosphere with tight deadlines;
Investigative and artistic.
An advantage is marketing experience.;
Curiosity and Innovative Thinking;
Have knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar job;
Adaptability;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Design or equivalent;
Graphic design software skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, etc;

100% salary in 2 months of probation;
