Designer UX/UI

Responsibilities:

Familiarity and experience with Agile methodologies, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to changing project needs.
Developing and overseeing design processes from initial ideation to final product, including mood board creation, wireframing, mockup design, and flowchart development.
Designing UI components and systems while maintaining consistency and alignment with customer- oriented design practices.
Designing UX/UI for both web and mobile applications across various domains, including but not limited to e- commerce, social media, and enterprise solutions.
Utilizing creativity while remaining mindful of design fundamentals.
Demonstrating excellent research and presentation skills, with a strong focus on UX design principles and business flows.
Collaborating closely with development/QA teams and providing support to guarantee design accuracy.
Engaging in sketching, wireframing, and prototyping activities to explore new product ideas.
Working closely with PO/BA and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that designs meet those requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role or similar position.
A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work is essential.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and grow to enhance professional skills.
Working knowledge of creating UI design deliverables including sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in both web and mobile app design.
Working knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, with a preference for Figma.
Very strong UI design, layout design, and visual design.
