Designer - Yêu Cầu Trên 3 Năm Kinh Nghiệm

We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented Designer to join our expanding team. This role is crucial to the success of our joinery projects, as you will be responsible for managing and producing accurate shop drawings from the initial concept through to the “Issued for Construction” stage.
You will work closely with our project team and subcontractors to ensure all designs align with the contract’s design intent, are delivered defect- free, and are completed on time to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Designer has the following key responsibilities:
Project Management

Set up finishes schedules.
Collate all project documents.
Approve finishes schedules.
Manage the shop drawing process:

Subcontractors

Review subcontractors’ shop drawing designs.
Submit shop drawings to the builder in accordance with the project program.
Submit shop drawing (SD) requests to subcontractors.
Submit IFC drawings and approve for production.
Make required changes to shop drawings.

Internal

Prepare full project shop drawings.
Submit IFC drawings and approve for production.
Make required changes to shop drawings.
Submit shop drawings to the builder in accordance with the project program.

Reporting

Attend weekly meetings.
Provide weekly progress updates, including:
Job status and work in progress.
Issues relating to shop drawings.

Core Competencies

Experience in interior design and understanding of interior design intent.
Ability to read construction plans and shop drawings.
Proficient in using AutoCAD software.
Comprehensive understanding of the joinery industry.
Understanding of architectural plans and design intent.
