JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify and address technical risks, roadblocks, and challenges to sustain project momentum.
Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Provide technical expertise and strategic direction regarding architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend their integration to enhance product development and team efficiency.
Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that align with business requirements.
Stay up- to- date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Other assignments from the Manager.
Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects, cultivating a collaborative and high- performance culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc.
Leadership skills
Able to communicate in English fluently
Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall or Agile methodology.
Good knowledge of front- end development such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular, etc.
From 3 years of working experience as a Dev Lead/Team Leader
Solid experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Extensive experience with back- end technologies including Nodejs/Java/Python
