Developer Manager (Urgent)

Establishes and maintains professional relationship with stakeholders, customers and partners.
Be responsible for whole assigned projects of development technique
Implementing highest level of planning and co- ordination.
Manage Team development with project &skill technique – re- structure, assign job, retain & training members
Supervision of team members and processes, ensuring team consistency;
Looks after Development processes implementation and execution in organization.
Works with stakeholders to keep the team morale high by resolving high level problems.
Interviews, identifies and trains relevant skilled people to be part of Development team. Build a team of variety of skilled people, who can make a productive team, overall.
Evaluates performance of team members on timely basis and guide them to grow.
Being a contact point with stakeholders for requirements, quotation, contract
Create vision & direction for Development team to follow company strategy

Education:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience:

A working knowledge of development of Application & Web services
A working knowledge and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT (or equivalent Project Management related software)
5+ years’ experience in IT (Developer)
Strong willingness to keep up on the latest and greatest technologies that emerge
Understanding operating systems such as Windows and Linux
2+ years’ experience in Dev Manager position or Technical Leader
Success at building, managing, and troubleshooting servers
Knowledge about AI/ML, Computer Vision
Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, Mongo
Experience with public or private cloud resources and services (especially AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud)
Knowledge of various programming languages (especially C++) and at least one scripting language (NodeJS) and REST web services (e.g. Express, NestJS, ReactJS…)
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Good communication skills in English & presentation reporting- Good problem- solving skill

Other skills:

Basic knowledge of healthcare domain, X- ray imaging, dental imaging, Extraoral Radiography (CT & Pano & Ceph), Intraoral (Sensor & Camera & Scanner) (If have)
