Product Development

Lead the end- to- end development of HQSOFT’s core products:
Xspire Business Platform – Modular ERP (Finance, CRM, HRM, Manufacturing).
eSales DMS – Powered with AI- based analytics and predictive insights.
International DMS Solutions – Deployed across Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia.
nRetail O2O Platform and 1CX Customer Experience Solutions.
Perform code reviews, refactoring, and ensure system scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with BA, QA, DevOps and cross- functional teams to deliver high- quality solutions on time.
Architect and implement enterprise- grade applications using .NET Core (C), ABP.IO Framework, REST APIs, Flutter (mobile), and ReactJS (web).

Team Leadership & Development

Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to strengthen skills and build future leaders.
Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) principles and the PDCA cycle to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of 8–15 developers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Oversee sprint planning, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.

Technology & Innovation

Research and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot) to streamline development, testing, and feature deployment.
Establish best practices for CI/CD, microservices architecture, and cloud- native deployments.
Work closely with stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives.

Core Technical Expertise

At least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
6+ years of experience in enterprise software development using .NET/C and ASP.NET Core.
Hands- on experience with HQSOFT’s tech stack:
Frontend: ReactJS, Blazor, Zalo MiniApps.
Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis.
Mobile: Flutter (Dart) for cross- platform apps.
Backend: C, ASP.NET Core, ABP.IO, Entity Framework, REST APIs.
Cloud: Azure (App Service, Functions, AKS), AWS.

Advanced Skills

Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and IaC tools.
Expertise in Microservices and Domain- Driven Design (DDD).
Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Solid understanding of application security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, HTTPS/TLS, encryption standards.
Experience in AI integration (OpenAI API, Azure Cognitive Services).

Leadership & Collaboration

Proven track record of leading Agile/Scrum development teams.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Experience managing distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
