DevOps Engineer

Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and technical details.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack to ensure high availability and performance of systems.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Manage containerization of application components using Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, and utilizing Helm for package management.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, and Argo CD to ensure smooth deployment of applications.
Ensure compliance with basic DevSecOps practices and use basic security tools to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design and develop scalable and reliable web applications and APIs using Python,.NET, and Java.
Design, implement, and maintain our company’s infrastructure on various cloud platforms such as AWS, and Samsung Cloud Platform using Terraform.
Troubleshoot network- related issues involving TCP/IP, firewalls, and load balancers.

At least 4 years of experience in IT field and at least 3 years of experience in the similar role.
Experience with advanced cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
Experience with advanced scripting languages like Bash and Python.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and Argo CD. (at least one)
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Hands- on experience with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem- solving skills.
In- depth knowledge of version control systems particularly Git, including branching strategies and pull requests.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix based operating system.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
Understanding of infrastructure as code principles and hands- on experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Basic knowledge of security best practices and tools.
Certification in any relevant technology.
Experience working in Agile environment.
